Indoor Birthday Party Places NH

Birthdays are big milestones, especially for kids. With each year that passes, your kid is reaching new heights and it’s worth celebrating!

So, if you need a great birthday party venue for your kids’ big day, then here are some awesome indoor choices you can find in New Hampshire. Check out the options below to  find the best one for you and your child.

Fun World, Nashua

When you think of a classic kid’s birthday party, a few things come to mind – pizza, ice cream, a massive play area, arcades, cake, so many bright and colorful decorations! However, trying to sort out all of these things can be tiring.

Fun World in Nashua, New Hampshire, offers to cater these things in its birthday packages. Party guests get access to the indoor playground, and 50 tokens to spend on the fun rides or games in the arcade.

Decorations are provided, party guests are permitted to bring their own cake onto the premises, and snacks such as pizza and ice cream are provided.

Plus, the staff clean up your table afterwards! Score!

Children’s Museum Of New Hampshire, Dover

For a birthday party that’s a little less traditional but still plenty of fun, why not try hosting your kid’s birthday party at the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire?

You and your guests will have access to the museum exhibits, or you can opt for use of the Muse Studio and STEAM Innovation Lab.

This means you can choose between touring the museum, where your guests can learn about child-friendly subjects including world culture and nature, or try something more hands-on.

There are some restrictions when it comes to decorations. You can’t use helium balloons, glitter or confetti to decorate the classroom assigned to your party, but you can bring food and cake inside the classroom.

So, if you want your kid’s birthday party to be fun and educational, then the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire offers plenty of things to do and a nice clean space where you party will have privacy.

Sportsplex, Bedford

If your kid is into sports, then trying to organize a sports-themed birthday party can be tricky. The last thing you want is for your plans to be ruined by rain or poor weather – so it’s best to organize the party somewhere indoors.

The Sportsplex in Bedford is easily one of the best places to hold a sports-themed birthday party with plenty of space. Parties get 1 hour on either the court or indoor field, split between two sports games of your kid’s choice.

Sports you can choose include basketball, soccer, kickball, and much more! Alternatively, you can choose an hour in the pool by booking through the Executive Health & Sports Center.

Sportsplex also provides 45 minutes in the party area with pizza, paper and utensils provided. You can also bring your own decorations and birthday cake.

There are a few drawbacks – such as the limited party window you are given, or the 10 guest maximum limit – but the Sportsplex is a great place that caters to kids and teenagers, and offers a safe venue to hold a sports birthday party no matter the weather!

Time To Clay, Nashua

A great birthday party venue for smaller groups is Time To Clay in Nashua.

Time To Clay offers three party plans which includes different projects and different group sizes.

There’s the In Studio Celebration which allows your party to make their own pottery or glass project, the Party Room package which includes either painting pottery, glass fusing, or canvas painting, and the Pottery Party in a Box which comes to your home (or separate location) and you can paint pottery with your party in private.

So, there’s plenty of fun activities you can choose from, and your child can enjoy a smaller but busy birthday party. Decorations, paper goods, and balloons will be provided – plus the birthday child gets to take home their very own goody bag!

The Culinary Playground, Derry

The Culinary Playground in Derry has been helping both kids and adults learn how to cook for many years, and they now offer the option for kids (and adults) birthday parties to be held here.

It’s a unique way to celebrate your kid’s birthday and a great way to teach them some new skills at the same time. Plus, if your kid already has a love for cooking and baking, then they will surely love this!

You get two hours of cooking time, and choose between activities such as making homemade pizza, cake decorating, making snakeoli, brownie sundaes, chocolate treats, mac & cheese, oatmeal face pasts, and more.

The best part? You get to eat what you cook!

Cowabunga’s, Manchester

Cowabunga’s is a kid’s dream. It’s a huge indoor play area with an inflatable section, games, slides, creation station, and more.

There’s over 12,000 square feet of play area and you can opt for either a private or public party, and addons to help make your party even more special.

Party add ons include decoration themes, access to the goody cup station, balloons, character visits, and catered party food.

All of these add ons can rack up, but they give the ability to completely tailor your child’s birthday party to suit their wants and needs.

Seacoast Science Center, Odiorne Point State Park

Our final indoor birthday party place in New Hampshire is the Seacoast Science Center in Odiorne Point State Park. It’s the ideal place for a science-themed birthday party that is filled with activities and fun.

You get to choose from a range of program options ranging from meeting box turtles, learning about sharks, or visiting the Edge of the Sea touch tank. Alternatively, you can opt to explore the museum on your own.

For the party area, you are allowed to bring your own utensils and decorations (minus balloons, due to the risk they pose to marine life) but the science center encourages its guests to use reusable or compostable party supplies.
